Administrative Assistant / Customer Service
Job Description (This is fully onsite, NO remote option)
Duties include, but not limited to:
· Communicates with customers through email and telephone
· Works with field superintendent and other field personnel in scheduling work.
· Inputs billing information for accounting to generate invoices to customers
· Assists the Department Manager in preparing and submitting proposals to customers for repairs
· Works with Emergency 24
· Additional tasks as needed
This role is 100% Onsite and there will be a 90-day probationary period.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with customer service in fast-paced environment
- Must have experience either working with parts or inventory
Compensation/Benefits:
· Starting Wage: $17.50
· Eligible for health, dental, & vision insurances the first of the month following 60 days, as well as other voluntary coverages such as cancer, STD, accident, etc.
· Eligible for sick leave and holiday pay after 90-day probationary period.
· Company pays half of the premium for LTD
· Company provides $25,000 life insurance after 90 days
· One week of vacation time after one year of employment. Two weeks thereafter.
· Eligible for 401k after one year of employment.
